Introduction
During mid 2022 to late 2023, FastPay Global Payments Inc. provided services with an office at the Manila Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei (MECO Taipei), a formal institution representing the Philippines’ interests in Taiwan. Beginning in February 2022, I was tasked with leading the UI/UX design for a project that would bring the financial services on the existing FastPay Mobile App to kiosk machines that could be used by any visitor or staff member within MECO's open space. Additionally, the kiosk was to include a brand new service in partnership with MECO - a passport delivery service that would enable users to apply for their newly issued Philippines passport to be delivered to their address of choice.

I worked closely with the business operations team, the software development team and the customer service team, and our product went live in August, 2022. Over 800 passport delivery transactions and 20,000 other financial transactions were completed on our wall-mounted kiosks at MECO during their service period.
